- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
- 2 tbsp My Tonic Bar 'Won't Give Up Coffee' Booster
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raw coconut butter
- 1/4 cup raw coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to combine and break up the oats. Scoop into 1 inch balls and roll between your palms to round.
- Roll into cacao powder, cinnamon, or hemp seeds.
- Leave in the fridge for a few hours before indulging.
