My Tonic Bar Bliss Balls with Aromatic Ceylon Cinnamon


  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
  • 2 tbsp My Tonic Bar 'Won't Give Up Coffee' Booster
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raw coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup raw coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to combine and break up the oats. Scoop into 1 inch balls and roll between your palms to round.
  2. Roll into cacao powder, cinnamon, or hemp seeds.
  3. Leave in the fridge for a few hours before indulging.
