Butternut Squash Golden Hemp Panna Cotta


  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup cooked butternut squash or pumpkin*
  • 2 small dates or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tbsp My Tonic Bar 'Golddigger' blend
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds


  1. Combine all the ingredients in blender and blend until nice and smooth.
  2. Pour into a small bowl or a glass.
  3. Live in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with hemp seeds before indulging.


You can use canned butternut squash or pumpkin for this recipe too.
