- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup cooked butternut squash or pumpkin*
- 2 small dates or sweetener of your choice
- 1 tbsp My Tonic Bar 'Golddigger' blend
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- Combine all the ingredients in blender and blend until nice and smooth.
- Pour into a small bowl or a glass.
- Live in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with hemp seeds before indulging.
You can use canned butternut squash or pumpkin for this recipe too.
